Gina provides proven support and strategic direction in the design of HRPLink system ensuring compliance and functional results with various stakeholders in mind. She is a trusted frontrunner in Ontario in the areas of Payroll and HRIS with more than 30 years of school board managerial and system migration experience. She is also an instructor with the Canadian Payroll Association and teaches the certification courses including the Payroll Legislation Compliance course.

SILVIE BELANGER BFA

UX Designer

Silvie’s flare for envisioning the modern look and feel of HRPLINK software comes from her attention to detail and a special eye for design. But it doesn't stop there. Her mantra is that successful user experience hinges on the sense of satisfaction and pleasure that Payroll and HR administrators feel as they go about their day to day tasks using HRPLINK software. Silvie has been working with IT business systems since 1997 and with Ontario school boards since 2005.

Development Manager

Sherwin brings more than 20 years of software development experience to HRPLINK as well as his extensive expertise of HR, Payroll and Finance systems within the Ontario Public Sector. Sherwin oversees our development team and ensures that we only release the highest quality work.

LANCE LI

Senior Developer

Lance joins our HRPLINK team with more than 20 years of software development experience. His extensive expertise includes working on HR/Payroll/Finance applications for over 15 years. He has played a major role on the development of the Pay Run and entitlement modules for K212 products as well as EI earnings calculations for ROE's and AERS reporting. We are fortunate to have Lance as part of our team as he has a passion and is dedicated to building the most powerful and dynamic HR/Payroll application, HRPLink.

Groundswell Technology Inc (GSTI) is a software development and consulting company incorporated in 2012 by Darren Valladares. GSTI's flagship product is Informer which includes tools to create custom electronic forms, queries, workflows, automated emails, internal recruiting and online training courses. The entire suite of Groundswell products has been incorporated into HRPLink.
